1. Spell Check and Grammar Suggestions

Microsoft Word automatically detects spelling and grammatical errors as you type.

How to Use:

  1. Automatic Underlines:

    • Red underline: Spelling error.

    • Blue underline: Grammar or contextual issues.

    • Purple underline: Clarity or conciseness suggestions.

  2. Correct Errors:

    • Right-click the underlined word or phrase for suggested corrections.

    • Select the correct option, or choose Ignore if it's not an error.

  3. Run a Full Check:

    • Go to Review > Spelling & Grammar.

    • The editor pane will open with suggestions categorized by spelling, grammar, and style.
